Hi All,

Is there any way to make the text bold in the system properties value. There is a system property for virtual agent - "com.glide.cs.general.top_selection_message" whose value i want to make it bold.

Can I do it?

This will display the text as Here are some options that might help. in the virtual agent.

I tried this previously as well but it is not working. The Tags are coming as it is in the value. Screenshot attached.
