A student in our latest cohort asked this question in an Australian cohort.
Is the service now agent integrated with AI ,is the knowledge data added as pdf files converted to vector data for service now agent to understand?

Short Answer, No.
But VA can be configured to respond better with configs such as NLU, Intents and Utterances...
Still, really basic AI here...
