Hi ,

I need some help for the Virtual agent.

Please refer the screenshot attached below.

There is an OOB functionality running for 'I want something else' which appears under the related topics choices, and I need to update that functionality as per my client's requirement. but I am not able to find out which topic/process is running for it. Can you guys please help?

Hi,

Navigate to sys_properties.list

Search com.glide.cs.want_something_else_option system property

Try to update its value

@Shruti  Thanks , but my requirement is that when I click on 'I want something else' it proceeds with some topic or functionality. Do you have any Idea like what topic is getting triggered when we click on 'I want something else' because I want to make changes to that functionality with some custom URL .
