Hello Team, I need to migrate the complete functionality of a Virtual Agent from one Instance to another. What are the components will I need to migrate in order to do so.
Firstly u need to make sure u have the required plugins activated in the Target Instance. Then if there is any customizations done or made by u or ur team then those update sets needs to be moved apart from these I don't think anything else is required.
