Needed IAM Integration pre-requisites

Hi All,

Can you please let me know regarding the IAM integration with ServiceNow.

 

1. What are the pre-requisites for configruing.

2. What are the details to be asked to customer.

You will have to specify. IAM is Identity and Access Management and there are a lot of tools that can be integrated with to accomplish this. If that information is already missing, I would start by asking 'what tool do we need to integrate with'. You pre requisites are also depending on the tool (besides having a person with knowledge of the other tool available). Other details to ask: what do you want to accomplish, what is already there, what information do you need ServiceNow to receive or send (and come to think of it: which way is it going, is ServiceNow source or target?). You aren't providing enough information to even start a conversation with the customer.
