visual task board is not working properly

Hi Everyone,
Currently trying to set up Visual Task Boards in ServiceNow Geneva Patch 6 version using UI16. Visual task board is slow in loading.
Encountering the following issues:
1. Cannot move incidents between lanes.
For example, if Visual Task Board showing Incidents by State for assignment group is displayed, when an incident is moved from one lane to another (ie open to WIP) initially it appears this is successfully as the incident appears to move between lanes (incident count in Open lane decreases by 1, and count in WIP lane increases by 1), but the incident then reverts back to its original lane and the incident count for each returns to what is was previously.
2. Once a visual task board is created, it cannot be reloaded by selecting it from "My Task Boards"
- it just sits there "Loading Visual Task Board"
3. Very slow performance when trying to perform both of these tasks.
Even tested in Geneva Patch 8, getting same issue.
Can anyone tell why this is happening?

When I switch to UI15, task board is working somewhat good. Can anyone know the reason why this is happening like this?
