Hi All,

 

Issue: The Visual Task board is not working when we apply filters on Lables.

 

What can be the possible reason?

 

And, kindly let me know the ways to fix this.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

I can see that there are 0 tasks in the VTB . So you can't apply filters on it.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,
Go to the list of records showing in VTB by clicking the bottom View List button as shown in below picture:

Then in the displayed list of records, check for columns Assigned To and Additional Assignee List valueif any records are assigned to your selected label.
