VTB: is it possible to reconfigure the members list from assigned_to to something else?

Hi Community,

We have built a VTB dedicated for projects and we were wondering whether the members/name pills at the top of the board can be reconfigured to pick up the values from the Project Manager field rather than assigned_to.

I am aware VTBs use task table, which is why Assigned to is the "default" element to sort by, however I was wondering if it is possible to reconfigure that and if there are any other technical implications, e.g. once amended, it would be for every VTB on the system or something similar.

VTB top “name pills” are automatically driven by the Assigned To field because the board is built on task table logic.
There is no OOB configuration to switch these pills to another field like Project Manager.
This limitation exists because VTB is designed to track task ownership, not project ownership.
