VTB task change state

Hi guys, I need help with something, in case you can help me.

The "state" is doing, fact (or what is defined) is not related to the states and the Active condition of the tasks of the VTB (freeform)
The VTB task is required to change closed status (and become inactive) when a VTB card is archived.

you need to configure data drive VTB to achieve this requirement.

you can move lanes for state one state value to another so that this changes dynamically in your task based record.
