Hi @Deyeros
You created a free from VTB, which means it is not mapped not any table and i.e. reason it is not showing the incident. You need to create table driven VTB and use incident table.

Hi @Deyeros ,
As Atul Mentioned, you have created free form visual board where you have to do lot of configs by your own including adding the cards to the board.
I recommend guided board that you can create directly from the Incident table as below.
I am building board based on the state , you can use any fields like assigned to as well to make vertical lanes.

I am still unable to go forward even though I restart my previous tasks perfectly, how can i do the no. 5?
Navigate to Favorites > Problem (number and icon may vary)
NOTE: Problem record was favorited in the previous task.
NOTE: If you are using a different instance, repeat the previous task again in your new instance so the problem record exists
Kindly guide me on what to do next as i am confused.
