Notification shows Undefined

Hi Team,

I have an issue with the OOB "Comment left on request" notification and mail script "${mail_script:comment_left_request}". Basically, my user id and email id contain more than 40 chars. Whenever i add a comment, my email id gets truncated after 40 chars at the end for example if my email id is "tests.Malikateststest-ext@testsexamples.com " it will show as "tests.Malikateststest-ext@testsexamples.c".  I think this is resulting to show undefined in the notification body whenever i add a comment.  I can't increase the char limit of the field. This option is rejeated. someone i should make it work via script only.  Please help me to fix this.
