I am having a slight problem and i believe it it from my prevoius task and my incident is not showing my data, someone should help me out on how i can fix that. thank you.

Hello Folks 👋

I have a similar issue with the ServiceNow "Tasks Task" where the instance won't validate, even though the steps are 100% complete. The previous instance was validated and I even redid (include validated) the previous instance under the default user, as well as "Platform User". No matter all trouble shooting steps done, which include multiple debug simulators, the instance won't validate. I am now convinced this step will not ever validate, because even the debug simulator indicates that it is ok to get an 80% with the step not validated. Does anyone know what the trick is to get the instance to validate on this one, such as what at the correct directions, etc? I have attached the screen print to prove that the step has been completed even though it doesn't validate. I appreciate everyone's feedback 🌞.

@Deyeros isn't there any impersonation required?

I guess it shall be "platform_user" and according to your screenshot you have the sys admin.

Aren't the favourites associated with that profile??
