Given a Vulnerable item is created in Servicenow , it should be grouped into strategic remediation task based on creteria of Assignment Group(Remediation Team) and vulnerability, so that similar vulnerable item with same issue/solution assigned to the same team are grouped together for Remediation and tracking.
How do i achieve this above requirement ? Please reply if you are sure .
