Wait condition in Workflow

Hi,

Can anyone help me with below requirement in workflow for new hire setup. We need to wait until start date is 2weeks from today to create a task. If start date is less than 2 weeks then the task should be created.

Suppose today is July 23. The workflow should pause until the Start Date becomes August 6 (2 weeks from now). Then, it should create a task.
