Walk up experience issue - skill based routing

While setting up walk experience I am trying to do skill-based routing  after adding a reason for visit and under that reason a skill and under that skill an agent but when we impersonate that agent the request does not get automatically routed to that agent. so how to do this

Have you added  presence state has walk-up in available option?

If not then add it and check once.
