Walk-Up Experience Lead time/clear up time.

Hello all.

We use the Walk-Up experience to book various things round the building which all goes well.

We now have a use come up where we want to book something in 45 minute appointments but have a 15 minute cleanup time before the next appointment.

We would like to book appointments on the hour, so 9.00 , 10.00 , 11.00 etc , but each appointment should be 45 minutes( so end at 9.45, 10.45 etc) ,

If you set the appointment time for 1 hour it displays like this. Which is normal.

If you set the appointment time to an hour with the work duration as 45minutes and the travel duration as 15 minutes.

It still displays as above.

What we want it to display is

9.00 - 9.45

10.00 - 10.45

11.00 - 11.45 etc

Does anyone know of anyway of doing this? We tried a holiday schedule and tried to blank out the last 15 minutes of a slot but it booked the whole slot.

Hi Andrew ,

Unfortunately a valid use-case but we have been able to achieve this via Work Duration + travel Duration (2nd screenshot).

I dont see any available configuration to add 15min break in every appointment.

@Andrew Jordan1 @Nitin Agarwal1  I have a similar requirement. Are you able to achieve this?

If yes please post the configuration needed to achieve this requirement.

Thanks!

Hi,

I did. It was a bit of a fudge but it works.

There is a hidden field on the form called bookable_time which I unhid. I then typed the times into this field.bookabletime.png

There was then a buisness rule which I had to disable but I can't remember what that one was. When you try and save the form it tells you what business rule it is.

@Andrew Jordan1  I changed the bookable time and saved the form but it is not updating and not showing any error message.

*I am using the Tokyo instance.

*Please help me to find that business rule.
I enabled the script debugger to find the business rule but it is not showing any.
