How to remove this In Person option on the form under the schedule an appointment tab.

how do  all the end users login to walkup from portal

Hi @praveen kummar ,

You will have to modify from the Record Producer.

  1. Navigate to All > Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Record Producers.
  2. Click the desired record producer.
  3. In the Variable Sets related list, click Edit.
  4. Select sn_appointment_variable_set and move it to the Variable Sets list.
  5. Click Save.

Hello @praveen kummar 

 

While configuring the walk-up location you can select appointment type as:

 

In person ,Remote or Both

 

If you select Both then both option In person and Remote will be displayed on scheduled appointment portal. 

If you don't want In person then select Appointment type as 'Remote'

Hi @praveen kummar 

 

May i know why you need to remove this? In few case it may be required so removing is not a good option. Better make UI Policy and on condition show this.
