Walk-up/Interaction form views

Hi,

I am trying to set views on Interaction form and Walkup-Interaction form. Both are same table = interaction but view is different.

I have created these 2 view rules:

View Rule 1 = Workspace View

View Rule 2 = Walkup View

Testing done by the user shows correct view when I open the interaction form as follows it shows the correct view = workspace view.

But when I open the interaction form under Walkup app, it shows the workspace view but after saving it shows the walkup view. It should show walkup view only when I click New button in the Interaction Related list under walkup location.

So, once I save this record, it will now show walkup view:

Can anyone suggest if there is some problem with my conditions in the view rule.

Hi Geet,

when you click to do a new interaction what TYPE loads in, is it the —none— value?

when you click to do this under the walk up is it still -none- or is it loaded with the TYPE = walk up?

The main post screenshots are from DEV where I have done the changes.

Now I am sharing screenshots from TEST instance where I haven't touched anything yet:

1)When I go into Interaction>>ALL>>Click New>>Below is the form>>view is empty in url:

2)When I go under Walk-up module>>open Walk-up Location queues>>go to related list interaction>>click New>>form has walkup-interaction view
