I am using the rest api explorer and sn_walkup namespace.
I am accessing ServiceNow from an external system via its REST API
Fetch interactions requires 2 path params: type and locationid. I can not work out what the values are meant to be. I have tried a number of combinations but i can not get anything back. If anybody has used it, any clues will be appreciated.
Also is there a way to do a check-in or book an appointment via the REST API? I would imagine the table API is the last resort but it looks complicated e.g a checkin via the Walk-up portal seems to create 2 interactions and it is difficult to work out why it is doing this
