We are trying to connect WalkUp to Outlook. We have created all the connections and credentials and we went through the installation process. Only issue we are running into is it says we need to grant permission to the WalkUp Application. Can someone tell me how and where to grant permission to an application? This is the first time I've run into this, so I am kinda confused.
Thank you, Charles

You have to give required permission to Servicenow as per SN documentation. Otherwise integration will not work.
Set up Microsoft Exchange Online spoke • Zurich Data and Automation • Docs | ServiceNow

I have gone through the documentation and when I get to the "Create credential records for the Microsoft Exchange Online spoke" section and click the "Get OAuth Token" link, I get this error:
Need admin approval
ServiceNow TechHub WalkUp Application
unverified
ServiceNow TechHub WalkUp Application needs
permission to access resources in your organization
that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to
grant permission to this app before you can use it.
I'm logging in with an admin user, so I'm not sure what permission it is asking for???

It means azure admin not servicenow. Your azure admin needs to log in to the portal and give their consent for the permissions that require admin approval
