Issues After Upgrading to Zurich

After upgrading our instance from Yokohama to Zurich, we noticed the following issues:

1. Magnifying glass(lookup) on the list view are not working

2. When I enter view/run under reports - nothing comes up

3. Some users were added  - nextwave-service-user with the role - og_cache_admin

4. mic.administratorexternal.botmltrainer-glide - Were added too!

We enabled the Next Experience UI  after upgrading. I am really concerned now. Could you please help me with these issues. I would really appreciate your help

Thank you

Shubha

Hi @Shubha2

For the 1st issue, are you facing issue in SOW? If yes then repair or upgrade the SOW plug-in to latest version.

2nd. As move to Zurich, the legacy reporting is not longer valid, report module merged and enhanced under platform analytics, Data visualization. Now you need to run PAR migration utility to move all legacy report to platform analytics.

You can access report module via sys_report table directly but not via application navigation.

For 3/4 point look into docs.

Thank you so much for your response.

1. Ours is a custom application and we do not use SOW. Humm is it going to be a big issue then?

2. Thank you for addressing our reporting issue. OMG! This means that we need to use the platform analytics then.

This was so helpful. Really appreciated your help.

Yes, the custom solution comes with issues at time of upgrade, you need to dig into the skip record to find out what went wrong here.

For reporting yes, Platform analytics need to use.
