I want to add the update_synch = true attribute to a dictionary record on the PDI.
I am learning about update set and want to see what changes are made by adding update_synch.
Is this impossible?

Thanks for the solution.
"Customers who have a use case for wanting update_synch should request an enhancement request via an incident to be reviewed by our product team."
but I don't know how to actually execute this." What do you mean by "via an incident"?

Hi @Bill Chase - I guess they mean that if a customer wanted to update_synch property to be enabled on dictionary level can raise an enhancement request with ServiceNow

No you can'tdo that, serviceNow prevents you from doing so, Just try doing it, ServiceNow will give You a Popup, that this operation Requires the 'maint' role, which is only available with serviceNow team
