Want to add work notes and send email functionality in the Service Operation Workspace

I want to add worknotes and send email functionality in the ritm form just like the incident form in service operation workspace. I believe this can be achieved via ui builder but anyone can navigate me more on this

I could see Comments section already for RITM in Service Operations Workspace

To enable email do this

1) go to this record and add email_client=true in the collection field type

2) https://instanceName.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_dictionary.do?sys_id=7b198e54db321300cc23178b6896197c%26sysparm_view=advanced

I added worknotes from the service operation workspace view from the form layout. Worknotes and emails is showing now

This worked for email. Any idea how we can do to add worknotes. I checked in incident collection entry but no attributes for worknotes

I added worknotes from the service operation workspace view from the form layout. Worknotes and emails is showing now

You already have that, right? Looking at your screenshot, you are showing an 'incident resolved' email in the activity. That means this screenshot is from an Incident and the work notes and email functionality is at the top of the screenshot.
