Want to auto populate rejection reason mandatory field when CAB reject change

When CAB cancelled the approval then "Rejection Reason" mandatory text field should be populate on the change form and after filling the reason then only form will be save and that Rejection Reason should be visible in work note also. How can I achieve that.

you can create a policy and flow as well to achieve this.

You need to bring that via BR from sys approval table to Worknotes.
