I have created one sla and choose the schedule as 248& schedule which is available OOB but when i saved this sla i am seeing one error message above
Will my sla work 24*7 or i need to fix something.

I believe the error is due to a missing entry under 24×7. Please find the attached OOTB screen screenshot. Kindly check this entry, and if it is not available, either create it or copy it from PDI or another environment instance.

I think you are trying to say 24 x 7
If yes then it should have this related list data for schedule entry
see if it's there or not, if not then create it or import from other instance
