I'm currently trying to replicate the platform application capability of being able to add a delegate to "yourself" similar to what you can do if your profile record has the related list INTO the ITSM Mobile Agent using any means possible.
Currently I am using a Function->Action -> Input Form that is access from the top header functions on the Profile Record.
In the field mapping on the input a big declarative disclaimer says we can't use Date Time fields.
Has anyone found a reasonable way to work around this? I believe being able to assign a delegate for yourself while on say vacation/holiday/illness from your mobile phone might be useful.
Scripting would probably be the most reasonable but since there's no record currently I suppose I'd have to instantiate one from the script?
