Hi @Asish1,
A nice small topic to tackle...
I've seen some great content from @Mark Roethof in this area, so I'd absolutely steer you to his analysis and great advice found here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-blog/keeping-your-instance-database-footprint-tidy...
You can't go wrong following his advice...
Another great link and Knowledge article I've reviewed is the "Tips for reducing instance database footprint" from ServiceNow: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1290155

Hi @Asish1,
Try to find which are your top source of tables which is occupiying more spaces in your DB. I belive it must be your audit data, attachements etc... You got to action on them to massively reduce the size.
I Strongly recommend atricles created by > @Mark Roethof on this topic..

Hi there,
I have written several blogs on this subject like Robbie and Sohail already referenced to, and still some in the making.
Regarding attachments:
- 2023-07-05 - Blog - Keeping your instance database footprint tidy (02): Maintain Attachments and Attachment Documents
Do note: only deleting data is NOT enough! You need to have ServiceNow Support involved to rebuild the tables also.
Kind regards,
