we have existing group called Wella-Brazil-EUC in developer instance

Hi community,

 

we have existing group called Wella-Brazil-EUC in developer instance, I have written Record producer script in dev instance with this group name for auto assignment of this group in incident form,

I have moved record producer script from dev to test via update set.

But in Test and prod it is showing "Wella-Brazil EUC", -(hyphen) is missing in between Brazil and EUC,

that's way above group is not auto assign to incident form.

 

Can we add  - ( hyphen ) manually in both test and prod instance. 

 

if not i need to change group name in dev and record producer script in dev and again i need to moved from dev to test and prod

 

Could you please suggest?

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,

 

The best practice & the recommended way would be to change the name in Dev instance capture it in Update Set & move that update set in Test & Prod. This helps in maintaining data synchronization across instance
