We need a way to filter a reference field on a template for Standard Change control...

We have over a million CI's and only about 7,000 of them need Change Controls to be submitted.

On the Change form we have the Configuration Item reference field filtered to show only those CI's needed.

However, when we create a new Standard Change, the template that we use to apply the field content has a Configuration Item reference field that shows all 1 million CI's.

How can we filter this?

I have tried Dictionary Overrides and nothing seems to work.

Hello Allen,

We tried the BR you suggested, however this BR had to be turned off in our instances due to the excessive logging in our log table.

Would you happen to know if there is a way to prevent the logging?
