We really need the ability to upgrade to VANCOUVER Path 5 on PDIs

SNOW PDI support - I need some features installed in a Vancouver environment that are only available in Patch 5 - namely, the new UI for Resource and Project workspaces.  Can we please make SP 5 available in Vancouver PDIs??

Currently, only Patch 2 is available in Vancouver PDIs

Hi,

I can certainly understand your concern. Unfortunately, there isn't any direct ServiceNow PDI Support on the forums or really much elsewhere for that matter. Most likely they aren't going to add any other patches (for some reason) for Vancouver. Especially since there's been patch 3, 4, 5, 6 and so on released and still no update on the PDIs.

Its not SNOW , its SN or ServiceNow.  There is no support available for PDI. If it work, move to latest release that may solve your issue.

Allen is 100% spot on.

For most releases ServiceNow only makes 1 or 2 patches available for PDIs during General Availability, especially when it involves security. If its just about some new functionality, not likely a patch for that will be made available.
