Hello ,

 

I am trying to request personal instance many times but every time I am getting below error

 

We were unable to assign an instance to you. Please .
 
I tried with all versions but same error.

hello @Vinita Jain not sure but try mailing nowlearning@servicenow.com which in turn will raise a case and may be service now team can support you on this

Hi

ServiceNow only has a restricted number of free PDI instances available.

So the only way to get one is trying again and again. But in most of the cases it doesn't take so long and my experience is that it is faster when requesting an instance with a lower version.

Check your email, mine would always error out, but I did get an instance, as verified through email.
