Hi @TarunsaiV

Currently, what you’re experiencing is a known issue. From recent posts, I’ve heard that users are getting PDIs within a week as the waiting list is getting shorter. You just need to be patient. Unfortunately, no one from the community can assist with this, and please note that PDIs do not come with any support.

No other option, you will have to wait until instance is assigned.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

In my case the Australia release is requestable and fails, but Zurich and Yokohama require you to join the waiting list.

If Australia releases are maxed out it should prompt you to join the waiting list as well instead of failing to generate your PDI.

I've been using PDIs for a long time and first time running into this one, seems a bit odd that the max instance count was hit for all 3 releases, unless its a total max count that is not dependent on release which is still odd.
