HELLO
I HAD AN INSTANCE IN THE AUSTRALIA VERSION FOR A WEEK, AND IT KEPT SHOWING AS OFFLINE FOR 13 DAYS. I RELEASED IT AND REQUESTED A NEW INSTANCE IN ZURICH, BUT IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ASSIGNED ONE YET.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE ASSIGNED AN INSTANCE?

Hi @Espinomen
It is normal now a days, due to heavy demand many members are facing same issue which means there a long waiting to get a pdi even at lower version. So tough to say when you get pdi also to update PDI doesn't come with any official support so not possible for anyone to give accurate answers. What I am sharing is based on experience and community post.

Hi @Espinomen
Due to high demand following a new platform family release, PDI pools for the Australia version are currently experiencing errors or waitlisting. These days lots of similar issue reported.
As already you have requested a Zurich instance and then will suggest wait for it if it is waitlisted. till the fulfillment is done.
There is no Support available for PDI.

nobody can tell you - there is no support available from ServiceNow and no official information.
