what access or role required for change CI Class

I am from CMDB data Governance team and i need to find the  role or group responsible for CI class change 

please let me know the resolution soon as its going urgent

what error you are getting? and what is need to change the class? Better delete old or wrong class data and put in new table.

Actually it's not a error, we have to find out the role as we don't have access and class dropdown is disable for us on PROD instance and only the platform team have access to modify Ci class. We need to find out the role or group that is responsible for modifying class.
