Hi,
Please make sure all notifications related to ServiceNow are sent to snowcore distribution list email and to group Admins. This should include expiration of certificates, tokens, ...
I created snowcore group and added both snowcore and Admins group to the notifications (group).
I already completed the addition of these to certificate, midserver. I don't see token or oAuth etc in the notification list. I see oAuth in Application Registry though. What typically you look for?
Regards

Hi ServiceNow @ServiceNow Use6 ,
You actually won't find an OOB notification for OAuth or Tokens.
That is because Access Tokens expire all the time (usually every hour) and the system just auto-refreshes them in the background. If ServiceNow sent an email for those, your admins' inboxes would explode!
What really expires and breaks things are the Client Secrets, but ServiceNow doesn't track those dates natively in the Application Registry. Most of us just track those externally or build a custom scheduled job.
Since you already got Certificates and MID Servers, the quickest way to catch anything else is to just go to your Notifications table (sysevent_email_action) and filter the Name by "*expire*". That will instantly show you exactly what your specific instance has available to route to your new group (like expiring Credentials or IdP).
If this saves you some digging, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
Best regards,
Brandão.
