What are the different story intake processes you have come across?

Did you allow end users/business users to create stories (via Enhancement module , using a catalog item for example)?

@Suggy

You can never find a definitive answer for this. You can define this based on processes adopted by Client for managing new requirements & stories lifecycle or what works best for you at Enterprise level.

Below are some of the recommendations,

1. Discuss with Product Owner on the deliverables & roadmap and define Epics & Stories and refine it

2. Identify Key Stakeholders of the Project and have a backlog review meeting to identify Key requirements and create stories

3. Create a Idea Portal or Enhancement requests wherein Client teams or Users can provide feedback that can go in to backlog

4. If it is an Uplift or Support Project, review KPIs created in PA Dashboards and suggest areas of improvement and create stories to address the gaps & issues

Thanks,

Bhuvan
