How to create provider notifications for CSM and FSM workspace

Hi Developers,
Can someone please help me with configuring the bell icon notification for the workspace? I'm facing some issues with my current notification and not sure how to create the notification and the custom notification content so that I can get it inside the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation (Case Management in my case). I tried the below steps,
- I created a provider notification which is triggered by an event and the user who receives it will be the "Assigned To" person.
- I selected "Workspace" while creating a new provider content and selected the "Agent Workspace" (since there's no option to select mine), and created one for testing (refer Screenshot 1, 2 & 3)
- When I'm inside the Case Management workspace, I didn't receive any the notification, tried refreshing the page as well (refer Screenshot 4)
- Instead I'm receiving it in the Next Experience UI, like the Homepage I opened in another tab, I'm receiving the notification there (refer Screenshot 5)
- Also, I want to change the notification content. Currently, it is just saying "Case updated by system" (refer Screenshot 6)
Can anyone please help me achieving this? Thank you in advance.
