what ci's weren't resolved through virtual agent

While making a dashboard, I am using interaction table and the data is coming from reports.

I want the data on dashboard where ci were not resolved by using virtual agent. What set of filter i should use on Interaction table.

If not what table i can use to populate the data.

Hi @Sumisngh29 ,

 

There is no OOTB field on the intraction table, how do you aquire the CI in VA ? you may need to store it in field of intraction form else it will remain in conversation which is harder to parse for dynamic intractions...

Is there any way that we can fetch the data.. Using indicator or something else

i dont think so, as said its hard to parse the CI from a dynamic intractions. You will have to setup a process and see how you can capture CI value in a intraction and store in of a field for reporting. I hope this helps...
