What do you do when you have too many variables to use a Mutli-Row Variable Set?

Hello,

I received a request to create a catalog item to collect 11 data points in variables from multiple customer sites for a specific service request. The variables consist of site name, address and contact information and a few other details about each site. I wanted to use a multi-row variable set for this but there are just too many variables for this to look clean (too many columns on the MRVS). I'm now considering a spreadsheet attachment for this, which it's kind of a last resort as I'd like to be able to report against this data when it is submitted in SNOW.

Are there any other options in SNOW that will satisfy these requirements? We are using ITSM - Utah.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi @bostonsnow

Atul: Your this statement is not clear to me, how you will report or you want user upload the excel and that parsed and stored in variable?

Also it is not SNOW.. it's SN or ServiceNow.
