On incident form if service is Operational and service offering is non-operational

On incident form if service is Operational and service offering is non-operational how can I make service offering invisible on Form since it is non-operational and phase is retired?

Hi @Disha1396 

 

You can make a change in dictionary for SO, so that it always show the operational values only.
