What is AIDE ID??

Hi Everyone,

I have a question from our ServiceNow team asking me what our AIDE id is as they are in the process of preparing the leadership dashboard. I'm not sure exactly what this id is and where to find it? Does anyone have any ideas?

I think that is something internal within your organisation, and not something from ServiceNow.
You'll have to get back to the team, and ask for clarififcation there.

Do you have any more information around this data point? I'm not familiar with anything inside of ServiceNow with that name, but without further information it would be hard to say for sure.
