what is angular ng-template in service portal? and how to use that?  why we need widget template? 

is there any example of ng-template creation.

Hello Yogita,

Basically <ng-template> is to hold template content that will be used by Structural directives.

For checking on the available ng-templates you can type sp_ng_template.list in the application navigator.
