What is it used for and when is it created?
Very disturbing due to the large number of them in the update set

・Is it related to changed fields [Array.Object] in flow trigger?

complex objectがフローデザイナーやアクションで使用されている事は具体的にどのように確認すればよいでしょうか？確認すべきテーブルや、具体的な手順がわかれば教えて頂きたいです。

FD〜の文字列が、FD+sys_idなのだと思いますが、どのテーブルのsys_idと紐づいているのか分かりませんでした。
