Hi,
eBonding in ServiceNow is a bi-directional integration between two systems (often two ITSM tools). It keeps records like incidents, changes, or requests in sync across both platforms.
For example, when an incident is created in ServiceNow, it automatically creates or updates the same incident in the partner system (like another ServiceNow instance or Remedy), and updates flow back and forth so both stay aligned.

eBonding is bi-directional integration between two systems for data synchronization. Integration could be between two ServiceNow instances [source and target] or integration between ServiceNow and third-party system.
