IntegrationHub is a ServiceNow application that extends Flow Designer to connect ServiceNow with external systems through prebuilt connectors called Spokes (e.g., Slack, Jira, Teams, Azure AD).

You should use it when you want low-code integrations without writing complex REST/SOAP scripts. It’s best for automating common tasks like creating Jira issues, posting to Slack, or provisioning users in Azure AD directly from ServiceNow flows.
