What is possible in ITSM standard license in Teams and SNOW integration.

Hello All,

 

I just want to find what are all the things possible in Teams and SNOW integration within the ITSM standard license not ITSM pro. I couldn't able to find any related docs. Can someone help me with this please 🙂.

The integration between Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow is available within the ITSM standard license. Here are some of the features that are available:

 

  1. Incident notifications in Teams: ServiceNow can automatically send notifications to Teams channels when incidents are created or updated.

  2. Interactive incident management in Teams: Users can update and resolve incidents directly from within Teams.

  3. Service catalog requests in Teams: Users can request services from the ServiceNow service catalog directly from Teams.

  4. Service desk chatbot: ServiceNow provides a chatbot that can be integrated with Teams to provide automated service desk support.

  5. Knowledge base integration: Teams users can search and access ServiceNow knowledge base articles directly from Teams.

  6. Change management approvals in Teams: ServiceNow can automatically route change requests to Teams channels for approval.

  7. Dashboards and reporting: ServiceNow can provide dashboards and reporting on the integration between Teams and ServiceNow, including metrics on incident response times, user satisfaction, and more.
