What is some ways to edit a question for it to loop each answer

Lets say I have a question for Reason for poster request? 

If someone picks update or replace

Then I want them to pick a poster type. There is several options

Then it populates how many posters they want

I want to keep asking the question pick a poster type onto they have picked all the different poster type and how many of each they want. Overall I would like to have them pick however many poster types they want and the number of each when update or replace is picked on this form. 

What are the different ways I can approach this?

Update --> Show How many poster --- Answer 3 -> then? what you want or you want to create 3rows to get attachment option.

So I want to be able add a way for when someone answer new or update then

Have the ability to pick different types of poster and how many of each they would like.
