How two servicenow instance should be integrated for change management? Should it be done in CTASK level or change request level?

Hi @SantanuKumar Sa,

We should go with CHG level because CTASK has CHG reference.

Hi @SantanuKumar Sa @AshishKM  Can you tell us how would you meet the following challenges in integration ebonding of change management between wo instances:-

State transition blocked by Change Model

Reference data mismatch

Different change lifecycle Flows in different instances

Approvals are not synced

Integration loop risk

Can someone reply me ASAP ?
