Hi @Tadz
I will not say until unless it is a must for customize. WS work based on UI builder and that is not easy to customise and maintain.

hi @Tadz
When customizing OOB workspaces like the GRC "Compliance Workspace" using UI Builder, follow these practices:
- Understand Existing Components: Review and understand the default workspace components and layout.
- Use Custom Pages: Create or modify pages within UI Builder to add or adjust functionality.
- Leverage Templates: Use existing templates as a base to maintain consistency.
- Preview Changes: Use the preview feature to test modifications before applying them.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure custom elements don’t slow down the workspace.
- Document Changes: Keep track of customizations for future reference.
- Test Across Devices: Ensure the workspace functions well on different devices and screen sizes.
- Seek Feedback: Gather user feedback to improve usability.

Hi Everyone, thanks for the reply. I also did some research on adding custom fields. Turns out that when you add the custom field in the Workspace view it will directly reflect on the workspace itself.
Posting this in case someone might have the same question in the future.
