How to fetch the License Usage Report in ServiceNow?

 

Is it through Subscription Management?

Is it separate for ITOM and ITSM License Usage Report.

 

Please provide the location to fetch the License Usage Report in ServiceNow ?

Best place is Subscription management, but license is tricky area. so Better suggestion, please contact with your Sn account manager and he/she can guide you better.

Subscription management would be the place to go, but you need to ensure that it's configured correctly to show valid data. If unsure, then I would suggest you connect with your your ServiceNow sales representative which can provide a report for license usage.
